Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and consultant in Technical Information since 1989. International trainer in JCI who developed the Swedish LEAP Program in the mid 80´s. Since 1991 active as a trainer in Estonia and Hungary. Specializes in Presentation Skills, Communication and Team-building.
Master of Business Administration. Has 8 years experience of teaching Business Administration at a secondary school in Stockholm. Controller in the city of Solna. Swedish JC University trainers training in 1995. LEAP trainer since 1996.
The basic idea for the training conducted by the LEAP group is to have very active participants - in exercises, in discussions, in role-plays or in trial presentations. At the end of every activity an evaluation is made to get as much experience as possible out of it and add to the theoretical knowledge through the experience.

IN GENERAL:
To give the participants an increased security and success in different speaking situations.
KNOWLEDGE:
To give basic knowledge of the human process of communication and how to structure a verbal presentation.
SKILLS:
To increase the abilities in personal speaking techniques and personal ability to use visual aids.
ATTITUDES:
To increase the consciousness about personal behavior and personal patterns of reaction and how they affect others, as well as creating understanding of how this knowledge can be used in speaking situations.
ENVIRONMENTAL:
To communicate efficiently with co-workers (members) and to be able to give and take criticism.
