Training principles

  • Active participants

The basic idea for the training conducted by the LEAP group is to have very active participants - in exercises, in discussions, in role-plays or in trial presentations. At the end of every activity an evaluation is made to get as much experience as possible out of it and add to the theoretical knowledge through the experience.

  • Documentation in each language

To increase the experience of the training all handouts and other documentation is produced in the local language.
